By accessing or using BibEvents (bibevents.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.

BibEvents is an online platform that enables event organizers to publish running events and allows runners to discover and register for those events. BibEvents is a technology platform; it is not the event organizer and is not responsible for the conduct, quality, or outcome of any event listed on the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a runner account. Runners under 18 must have a parent or guardian register on their behalf. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login details with others.

Organizer accounts are created exclusively by BibEvents administrators. You may not create an organizer account through self-registration.

All registration fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By submitting a registration, you authorize BibEvents to charge the stated amount via Razorpay.

A registration is confirmed only after successful payment verification. BibEvents reserves the right to cancel registrations in cases of payment fraud or technical error.

You agree to provide accurate personal and medical information when creating your profile and registering for events. By registering for an event, you confirm that you are medically fit to participate and accept the physical risks associated with running events.

BibEvents bears no responsibility for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

All sales are final upon payment completion. Refunds are subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which is available at bibevents.com/refunds. BibEvents acts only as a platform intermediary and defers refund decisions to the event organizer.

Event organizers are solely responsible for the accuracy of event information, the conduct of their event, and the safety of participants. BibEvents does not verify organizer credentials or event safety standards. Any disputes between runners and organizers must be resolved directly between those parties.

All content on BibEvents, including logos, design elements, and platform features, is the property of BibEvents. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

You agree not to:

- Register for an event on behalf of another person without their explicit consent

- Provide false or misleading personal or medical information

- Attempt to circumvent payment processes or registrations limits

- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BibEvents and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in any event listed on it.

BibEvents' total liability for any claim shall not exceed the registration fee paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

BibEvents may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the homepage. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of BibEvents shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
